I was lucky at Gryokaku Park.

When I was driving by the Gryokaku park, I found a group of women wearing kimonos. Since it's rare to see them nowadays, I parked my car and I rushed to chase them. Because I wanted to take a photo of them. It was sunny and a beautiful day.

I asked them, "Excuse me. You look very nice. Do you belong to the tea celemony club or something like that?"
They answered, "Thank you, but we don't belong to it. Some people asked the same thing, too."
However they didn't say more about it.
I was walking behind them for a while, and then apparently some foreigners started to take photos of them here and there, so I ran away from them soon not to interfere. They were popular with travelers.

And wisterias were in full bloom. It smelled so sweet around the flowers.

When I walked across the moat, I saw that red and white water lilies were in full bloom, too. And there I found two baby birds swimming. I was watching them for a while, and then it seemed that one of them got lost his way in the water lilies.

He ran sometimes on the leaves, and sometimes under them. Probably he was able to go back to his mother later. They were so cute.

And there was a stink bug (I'm not sure) on the bridge railing.

I was very lucky to come across the rare things that day.

Wow, that's amazing. Maybe they're just women who really like to wear kimono? I hope the people asked before taking pictures.

I saw several women wearing kimono in Tokyo and I wanted to take pictures, but I felt shy. Even after one smiled at me. I wish I had taken her picture.

Re: No title

Hi Always visiting,

I thought so, too. Probably they just like wearing kimono.
Don't miss the chance to take pictures of kimono next time. The number of women wearing kimono is decreasing.
