A professor arranged these works at the last Ikebana Sunday Workshop.

I went to see some fireworks last night.
I saw them from a little far away. I was standing at the seashore to see them. I couldn't hear the sound of wireworks. Instead of that, only what I heard was sploosh, the sound of the sea whose water beat the beach. In the air was full of sea aroma. It reminded me of my hometown. I felt nostalgic.

When I see fireworks, I prefer seeing them from a little far away, to seeing them from nearby. When my son was a little child, my parents bought us expensive seats along the river to see fireworks in my hometown. However, what I had to look up to see the fireworks for a while made me painful in my neck. Besides, the fireworks ashes often fell down. Many people put towels on their heads. It was very dangerous.

Anyway, I had a good time last night.

I went to see some fireworks last night.
I stood along a distant seashore to view them. I couldn't hear the explosions from the fireworks. I could only hear the sound of the waves along the shore. The air was filled with the salty sweet aroma of the sea. It reminded me of my hometown. I felt nostalgic.

When viewing fireworks, I prefer seeing them from a distance. When my son was young, my parents bought us expensive seats along the river to see the fireworks in my hometown. However, having to constantly look up to see the fireworks made my neck sore. Besides, ashes from the fireworks often rained down upon us. Many people put towels on their heads. It was very dangerous.

Anyway, I had a good time last night.
