I had composed this arrangement of Sunflower (ヒマワリ), Carnation (スプレーカーネーション), Solidago (ソリダコ), and Leatherleaf Fern (レザーファン).

This style is called The One-Row Form (multisided). You can also enjoy seeing it from the opposite side.

By the way, I recently found a cook-ahead recipe of bread.

You don't need a bread machine, but it's easier to make. I made dough by hand at first, but I can keep it in the fridge for nearly a week. The dough can ferment in the fridge little by little. You have consumed it day by day, and little by little.

I made a few rolls of salt bread yesterday.

I put some butter on the dough.

I added some egg yolk, olive oil, and some rock salt, on the top.

I then made a few cheese buns this morning.

You can make only what you eat at a time. After you take out the dough from the fridge, you add some ingredients such as cheese. You cover it with wet cloth and make ferment it in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Finally, you put them in the oven at 170℃ for 15 minutes.

I had composed this arrangement of Allium (丹頂アリアム), Gerbera (ガーベラ), and Polyscias (ポリシャス).

I arranged them with a free style, which is difficult for me. At first, I prepared three containers. I wanted to arrange three alliums from three directions, but it was very difficult for me to arrange the third allium. I tried it again and again, but I ended up giving up third container.

Allium is a kind of leek. They smell leeks well.

to make my room

I joined an Ikebana Sunday Workshop last Sunday. These works were arranged by a professor.

Since I have been exhausted to be involved with my son, I decided to have my own room. We don't have many rooms, but there is a storage room which has so many cardboard boxes including for appliances' ones. I have thrown away many things recently in that room, and I want to have a table there. It has been taking a long time to make an enough space, so, I ordered a table today. It will be delivered in a few weeks. I must make a space before delivering.
The most problem is my husband's so many books. He can't throw them away. Even some of them have not been read at all. Will I throw some away secretly? Maybe he forgets some of them.

I had composed this arrangement of Viburnum furcatum (虫狩/ムシカリ), Lily (ユリ), and Gold dust dracaena (ゴッドセフィアナ).

It is said that insects like Viburnum furcatum's leaves. This branches always grow bifurcated, so, my teacher recommended that it was good to show its feature.

There is no snow any more here, and the temperature is around 10℃.

The other day, I went back to my hometown by plane. I felt sad that my father has lost his abilities one by one because of his age, 85.
When I had moved to Hokkaido, I had left my planter at my parents garden. My mother moved one of my plants, rosemary, a kind of harb, to their new place a few years ago. It has been growing much.
While I was watching TV program of Venetia Stanley-Smith before, I learned that the rosemary is good for dementia fortunately. So, I made some rosemary tea for my parents and I taught my mother how to make it. It's very easy. Just put hot water into a tea pot with a few fresh rosemary leaves. My mother has made it every day since then.

However, it is said that it is not so good for those who take medication of high blood pressure to drink rosemary tea.
I had planted some rosemary in my planter here, but unfortunately, they couldn't live in winter.

I had composed this arrangement of Raspberry (芽出し木苺), Pteridophyta (ヤマシダ), and Canola (菜の花).

It was difficult for me to arrange the Pteridophyta. Although you may not recognize them, they were arranged of a three‐layer structure. In other words, there were three heights of them. They are obscure though.

The other day, I went to another doctor. I was diagnosed with herpes zoster as I had doubted because the pain was unusual and the all bumps came out on my left side. The pain in my breast also came from my left side. The herpes zoster always comes out on your one side. Actually, I had experienced one on my face about a decade ago.

The pain was gone. I'm fine now. There is nothing better than health.
