English Bread

I baked English bread. Since my oven is small, the bread touched the top of the oven and had burned black during baking. When it touched the top, I opened the oven on the way and covered the touching part with foil, but it turned out that the other part had more burned black when it was done. I should've covered all of the surface. Although the appearance was not so good, the taste and the texture were really nice and the soft texture have lasted long. Why don't you bake English Bread by hand for a change if you usually use breadmaker? It's quite different.

English Bread

300g bread flour
6g dry yeast
15g sugar
6g salt
15g butter
210g warm milk (if you want to use water instead of milk, add 15g skim milk. I think using milk is better than using water and skim milk.)

I saw many fishing boats with many flags today. A guard said that he wasn't sure but they were sailing to off the coast of Akita and they will come back in October. I was surprised to hear that. Do they spend such a long time though it's not so far from here?
