Ikebana 7/18/2012

I arranged Willow (Sekkayanagi), Thunbeng lilies (Sukashiyuri) and Monstera.

It's hot and sunny today. It's 28℃ and the humidity is 44% with no fan and no air-conditioning in my room now. I'm still OK.

I went to Sapporo the last weekend and I found these for the first time at the shop of a parking area on the way. Do you know it?

They are gooseberries. I've heard the name, but I saw and ate them for the first time in my life. Some people have it in their gardens in Hokkaido. You can eat not only skins but also tiny seeds. It's sour and a little sweet. The skins taste sourer.
