Ikebana 1/22/2014

IMG_4695_convert_20140122151549.jpg

I arranged Spiraea cantoniensis Aurea(キンバコデマリ), Iris(アイリス) and Perennial aster (クジャクソウ).
It was the first Ikebana this year. I enjoyed it very much and it took a long time.
At first I arranged five parennial asters, but I decreased them. They were white and very small, but they had a presence surely.

By the way, a newspaper article said that a woman living in Hokkaido turned off the power of fridge during winter and she kept some food outside instead of a freezer and kept other food at the doorway instead of a refrigerator.
So I keep some food at my small balcony as well as the indoor fridge. Because I have so much food (or a lot of food) such as rice cakes and so on now.
