preserved foods / 梅サワー、梅シロップ、らっきょう漬け

It's getting hot here.
I made some preserved foods yesterday.
To make plum sour and plum syrup is easy, but to make pickled shallots is time consuming. I peeled away the outer layers of many shallots one by one.
I want to try to make Umeboshi (pickled plum) someday.

Oh, it's been a little over two years since I started reading your blog now. I was "just visiting" back then.

I look forward to your ume posts every year. I want to try making your syrup one day.

Additional Thought

Additional Thought:

If the name is actually 'plum sour', then it is ok. If it is a direct translation...more likely than not, it is incorrect. Sour Plums or Plum Sours would be a more likely name for them. However, as I am not sure on their actual name, I cannot make a definitive correction.

Re: Additional Thought

Hi, shiroi tora.

Thank you very much for the corrections.
They are typical Japanese foods, so maybe it's difficult to say in English.

Hi, Always visiting.

Thank you for your comment always.
I'm very glad that you became 'Always visiting' from 'just visiting'.

Ume foods are good for your health.
