Dosankojiru どさんこ汁

IMG_5666_convert_20140608100017.jpg

The other day, I made Dosankojiru for the first time.

At first I researched the recipe on the Internet. And I learned that the Dosankojiru is very popular with school children. However many people around me don't know about the dish except children. So I think it is comparative new.

The recipe is here in Japanese though.
My son said that it was OK, but the school dish was better, while my husband said that it was delicious.
I didn't measure the ingredients, so the taste was not the same as the recipe's one.

I thought it was just like Miso Butter Ramen without noodles!

I think it looks delicious. I wonder if it was an old recipe that is now used. Or maybe a recipe that was once very regional and now enjoys national popularity.

Re: No title

Hi, Always visiting.

I'll ask about the Dosankojiru to my mother-in-law someday.
Thank you for your comment always.

Although my son thought my Dosankojiro was OK, he said that he liked the school's version more. However, my husband said that it was delicious.

I didn't measure the ingredients, so the taste was not true to the recipe.

I thought it was just like Miso Butter Ramen without noodles!

Hi, shiroi tora.

Thank you very much for the corrections.
I think that it is difficult for me to add commas sometimes. I often miss them.
