The other day, I read an article written about how to make handmade bathing additives.
It said that peelings of vegetables or fruits were good for it.
At first, those colors and fragrances relax you, then the ingredients penetrate your skin and promote blood circulation while bathing.

Fortunately, I have some peelings of apple, orange, and carrot every morning after making juice. I have dried them and some spearmint leaves outside for four days.
I'm looking forward to taking a bath with a net of them tonight.
