eye sight

I've been hardly able to stop singing this song since yesterday. It's one of my favorite songs.

The other day, my son's class had their seats reshuffled. And his seat was the second from the back, but as my son couldn't see letters on the blackboard well, he moved to the first row.
When I heard it from my son, I got angry. My husband and I don't wear glasses. I think the reason why his eye sight got weak is that he has played games too much. I banned him from playing games until his eye sight gets better.

When I was a sixth grader in an elementary school, my eye sight had gotten weak to 0.9 by Japanese criterion. And students who had their weak eye sight got together and exercised their eyes to improve everyday for a period at school. After a month later of the exercise, my eye sight improved to 1.2. And about two third of the students got improved then.

I remember the exercise still now, so my son and I started to do it.
I hope his eye sight will get better.

I would like to learn the eyesight exercises too. I read about them on a natural health website once, but I didn't follow them.

I try to remember to do facial exercises.

Re: No title

Hi, Always visiting.

I'd like to post the exercise, but it's difficult to explain. I'm sorry.
'Facial exercises' sound good, too.
Thank you for your comment.

I've hardly been able to stop singing this song ever since yesterday. It's one of my favorite songs.

The other day, my son's class had their seats reshuffled. His seat was the second from the back, but as my son couldn't see the letters on the blackboard well, he moved to the first row.
When I heard this from my son, I got angry. Neither my husband, nor I, wear glasses. I think the reason why my son's eye sight got weak is that he has played video games too much. I banned him from playing these games until his eye sight gets better.

When I was a sixth grader in elementary school, my eye sight had gotten weak, to 0.9 by Japanese criterion. Students who had weak eye sight got together and exercised their eyes everyday for a specified period of time at school. After a month of the eye exercises, my eye sight improved to 1.2. About two thirds of the students who had regularly exercised their eyes, had significant improvement in their vision.

I still remember the exercise, so my son and I started *doing it.
I hope his eye sight will get better.

* 'Started to do it' can, and often means, just started it...but did not do it. 'Started doing it' means that it was the starting point of the action. It also implies that the action was done...or that it is still in the process of completing the action.

Hi, Shiroi Tora.

Thank you very much for the corrections.
I was surprised to know that 'two thirds' and the difference between 'start to do' and 'start doing'.
