I had composed this arrangement of Carnation (カーネーション), Spray Stock (スプレーストック), Gypsophila (or Baby's Breath) (カスミソウ), and Leatherleaf Fern (レザーファン).


By the way, one of my favorite dishes is 'sweet and sour marinated baby horse mackerel' (小アジの南蛮漬け).
When I lived in the main land, I used to cook it.
However, I don't see raw baby horse mackerels at the supermarket in Hokkaido. Instead of that, I see Japanese Smelt (Chika) here. At first I didn't know the fish, but I tried to cook sweet and sour marinated Chika.

I removed their guts. I found that each fish had a small transparent balloon in it.
I deep fried them.

I marinated Chika fish with sliced vegetables for several hours. Vinegar softens fish bones.
