study abroad

IMG_9240_convert_20160204233519.jpg

I got addicted to Rummy chocolate recently.
Since it contains liqueur, children can't eat it. I keep them in a drawer in the kitchen, and I eat some amount of the bar everyday in secret.
The package says 'winter only', which makes me buy more packages than that I need at present. I'm afraid that they will be gone before long.

By the way, I went to an English conversational school today.
When I got there, I was glad to see a trial student in our class. We, three students including her, introduced one another in the first half, and we talked about the news topics in the second half of the class.
After the class, we went to a coffee shop to talk more.

According to the trial student, she is nearly 70 years old though we never asked. To my surprise, she's just come back from Canada where she had studied English for five months. She told us about her exreience in Canada. She also told us that it was hard for her to use a smart phone and such a computer as the same hard as studying English. Students had to use their smart phone in their class. 2,400,000yen she had spent there for studying, living, and flight tickets for only five months was too expensive for me, but I really admired her courage. I was impressed with her words that she had thought that it was better to regret going there than to regret not doing it.

I'm not sure whether or not, she will enter our class, but she stimulated me surely. Because, studying abroad has been my dream since I was a teenager.

I got addicted to Rummy chocolate recently.
Since it contains liqueur, children can't eat any. I keep them in a drawer in the kitchen, and I eat some of the bar everyday in secret.
The package says 'winter only', which makes me buy more packages than I need at present. I'm afraid that they will be gone before long.

By the way, I went to an English conversational school today.
When I got there, I was glad to see a trial student in our class. We, three students including her, introduced our selves in the first half, and we talked about current news topics in the second half of the class.
After class, we went to a coffee shop to talk more.

The trial student volunteered her age to us. She is nearly 70 years old. To my surprise, she had just come back from Canada, where she had studied English for five months. She told us about her experience there. She also told us that it was just as hard for her to use a smart phone and computer as it was to learn English. Students had to use their smart phone in class. She had spent 2,400,000 yen there for studying, living, and flight tickets for only five months. It is too expensive for me, but I really admired her courage. She said that she thought that it was better to regret going there than to regret not doing it. I was impressed with her words.

I'm not sure whether or not she will enter our class, but she had reignited my dream to, one day, study English abroad. Because, studying abroad has been my dream since I was a teenager.

Re: English Corrections

Hello, Shiroi Tora.

Thank you very much for the corrections.
It's still difficult for me to use the comparative degree.
I was glad to learn how to use 'volunteer'.
