↑Eryngium

I had composed this arrangement of Eryngium (エリンジウム), Carnation (カーネーション), and Feverfew (or Matricaria, マトリカリア).
Feverfew is one of herbs, and it is named from that it is used for the prevention of fever (fever-few).

By the way, actually, I don't like exercising, but I think I have to do for my health.
So, I sometimes go to the fitness club, and sometimes exercise at home.
When I'm at home, I usually exercise for about thirty minutes with watching YouTube for the exercise.
I found a good site. It's simple, but it's hard.
I sweat a lot and I got exhausted.

I found a good site. Its routines are simple, but they're hard.
I sweat a lot and I *get exhausted.

*As you are talking in general rather than a specific incident in the past, it is 'get' rather than 'got'.

Re: English Corrections

Hi, Shiroi Tora.

Thank you very much for the corrections.

I didn't know that it is not A herb, but AN herb.

My reply: Actually, in British English, 'a herb' would be correct. They pronounce the 'h' in herb. It is silent in American English, and so, the use of 'an' instead of 'a'.
