Soybean Bread

IMG_0141_convert_20160723134807.jpg

I made a cake for the first time in a while, because I had gained nearly three kilograms. My weight has been returning little by little though.
The other day, my mother sent me some grapes, but they were a little sour. So, I made grape compote.
I wanted to post a piece of the Grape Tart, but when I cut it, it got in a mess. It was difficult to cut a tart, whose texture was like a cookie.
I should've made individual grape tarts.
The taste was good though.

I usually make bread using a bread machine three times a week.
These days, I have put some soybean powder to make it. I found that the texture of the bread turned to be moist and soft. My family also distinguished it.
Soybean bread is good for your health as well.

* Soybean Bread
180g milk
20g soybean powder
230g flour
3g dry yeast
3g salt
10g coconut oil
10g sugar

My Reply:

These were your original sentences:

I found that the texture of the bread turned to be moist and soft. My family also distinguished it.

-----------------------

You could have said that your family had noticed the distinct difference in the texture.

Or

You could have said that your family distinguished between the old recipe and the new, and that they said how much better the new recipe is.

Or

My family also made the same distinguishment between the two recipes.

To say, 'My family also distinguished it'., is awkward, and leaves the listener with questions.
