nanoparticles

One day, when I was watching my son's club activities at the ground, a mom-friend told me that my son's sports uniform's color was clear. I thought that the reason why was to wash with trendy laundry detergent.
It is a little expensive, but I got some packs of the detergent from someone.
The package says that it decomposes the dirt into nano level, so, it can clean well.
I was impressed how it worked, and I thought that I would buy another when it runs out.

On the other hand, I read an article about the nanoparticles recently.
According to the article, a strand of human hair is about 80,000nanometers wide. Nanotechnology creates a wide rage of products now. However, the nanoparticles could easily enter the human skin, and could go into even tissues or nervous system as well.
Some researchers suggest that nanoparticles have the potential to cause DNA mutation and cell death.

I was surprised to read the article. I don't know which product is safe or not, but I was glad to get the information.

Hello, Shiroi Tora.

Thank you very much for the corrections.

I didn't know that 'detergent' was a countable noun in this situation.

My Reply:

Actually, it is not used as a countable in this situation.

Re: Answer to Sakae's question

Hi, Shiroi Tora.

You corrected 'A trendy laundry detergent', so, I thought that it was countable.

No title

Are you going to continue to use that laundry detergent? I wonder if it's safe.

Re: No title

Hi, Always visiting.

That's a good question.
I'll use it once in a while, but I'm not sure I'll buy a new one.
Thank you for your comment.
