Ikebana 3/8/2017

IMG_1159_convert_20170308223427.jpg

I had composed this arrangement of Raspberry (芽出し木苺), Pteridophyta (ヤマシダ), and Canola (菜の花).

It was difficult for me to arrange the Pteridophyta. Although you may not recognize them, they were arranged of a three‐layer structure. In other words, there were three heights of them. They are obscure though.

The other day, I went to another doctor. I was diagnosed with herpes zoster as I had doubted because the pain was unusual and the all bumps came out on my left side. The pain in my breast also came from my left side. The herpes zoster always comes out on your one side. Actually, I had experienced one on my face about a decade ago.

The pain was gone. I'm fine now. There is nothing better than health.

It was difficult for me to arrange the Pteridophyta. The fronds may be difficult to see, as they are partially obscured by the rest of the arrangement, but they were arranged as a three‐layered *structure.

* I don't know about Ikebana, so, if the word 'structure' describes a particular way of doing something in Ikebana, then it is ok. If not, then just saying that they were arranged in three layers would suffice.

The other day, I went to another doctor. I was diagnosed with Herpes Zoster (Shingles), as I had suspected. The pain was unusually intense, and bumps broke out on my left side. The pain in my breast also came from my left side. Herpes Zoster always breaks out on one side. Actually, I had experienced a similar break out of Herpes Zoster on my face about a decade ago.

I am fine now, as the pain is gone. There is nothing better than health.

Hello Shiroi Tora.

Thank you very much for the corrections.
I learned a lot from your corrections of this article. For instance, 'frond' was the first time for me.

A three-layered structure

As for the three-layered structure, it is difficult to explain.
It is arranged as it grows in nature.
