I baked an onion bread.

Ingredients:
(to make dough)
180g milk
250g bread flour (I used 10g of mix powder consisted of sesame, almond, and soy beans. Also, I used 20g of whole wheat flour and 230g of normal bread flour.)
3g salt
10g sugar
10g olive oil
3g dry yeast

(after making dough)
some sliced onion
some cheese
some mayonnaise
a little of salt and pepper
some sliced ham

1. Put these ingredients and set a bread machine to make dough. (It takes about one and a half hours.)
2. Take out the dough.
3. Make a ball shape with the dough and leave it in a large container for about 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough and put some sliced ham.
5. Roll the dough.
6. Put the dough into a loaf pan.
7. Slash on top of the dough.
8. Put the rest of the ingredients on the top.
9. Leave it in the oven at 37℃ for 30 minutes.
10. Put it in the oven at 170℃ for another 30 minutes.

The other day, I went to a herbal drug shop (漢方薬局) for my father having dementia.

A man like a doctor listened to me at first a little, and he gave me a seat. While we were talking, I found a sign which said 5,000 yen for a counsel. I became worried how much I would have to pay when I leave there.
Actually, he was very talkative. He said that herbal medication isn't effective immediately. It is good to keep on taking.

When about one hour passed, he told me that pay 5,000 yen unless I buy any.
I didn't want to pay for just listening, so I decided to buy some herbal medication he recommended. He ended up talking to me for one and half hours.

I sent them to my father. I hope they will be effective on him soon.
